Watercare invoices
Watercare can now connect to Xero so that watercare invoices go directly to Xero. Can you please contact Watercare so that MYOB can be connected in the same way?

Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.
I understand how using Watercare invoices would be beneficial for your use case. Unfortunately, the 3rd party application programmers will need to create the link to integrate into MYOB. As MYOB programs have API for integration, developers of other apps could go to this link and go through the prompts
I recommend tagging people from Watercare to the link or calling them directly.

I think MYOB should be contacting suppliers to set up this functionality, why should the users have to do this?

I understand how that is an option too. My previously suggested option was how all previous 3rd party business has connected to MYOB. There are some exceptions of course, but this is not for us to decide. MYOB prioritizes working on features that provide the most impact to the most users.
I recommend posting this on the AccountRight Ideas Board, for the developers to see. Ultimately, Watercare should also receive the same suggestion, as they are already connected to a competitor, it's unlikely they will have an interest in connecting with MYOB anytime soon.
