When was this change introduced? To make a significant change such as this requires advanced notice and a transition period.
MYOB killing off key accounting features such as Super and STP is quite incomprehensible for an accounting software package!

Hi MJPop,
Totally get where you're coming from changes like this can really throw a spanner in the works if they’re not rolled out smoothly. We usually give notice and a bit of a heads up for transitions, it might be worth checking your inbox or MYOB’s announcements section for the timing details. You can check this link for more info about upgrading to new AccountRight online services which includes Pay Super.

Shella

This link doesn't mention anything about the change to Super and I shouldn't have to read into the depths of an email about upgrading to an online version when I have no plans to do so...
Can you point me to any published information that says this change is coming and notifies existing users?
As far as i'm concerned, this is a software programming issue (another one...) which needs to be fixed in order to allow existing users to continue to use the software which they are being charged for. MYOB are welcome to modify their software, but as this is essential business software, any deprecation of existing required accounting features needs SIGNIFICANT and specific notice of upcoming changes.
