AccountRight pay run will not complete

Anyone having same issue as us - pay run during RECORD PAY RUN process just stops unable to complete "application operation has timed out"?????   Have tried this on several different computers both...

Hi its me again

 

Looks like another user had same issue last month and get a file fix from myob

 

Can we get the same - or at least tell what the actual problem is???
