Hi Terri520
Thank you for your post.
If you sent an update event during that time, STP reports will generate a pay run that shows zero for both gross hours and payg in STP reports. You can also check and confirm this by going to Payroll Reporting Centre "STP reports".
Also, could you please confirm that on June 1, 2023, a transition was made from STP Phase 1 to Phase 2? As this is the reason why there is a zero dollar pay run showing for all employees even for the inactive ones.
Please feel free to post again I'm happy to assist.

Hi Princess
I did send an update event through STP on the 1 June as employee balances were incorrect on STP and needed updating, so I can understand the zero transactions.
I have been on STP Phase 2 since early last year so this would not be the reason for the generation of zero payslips.
Thanks.

Hi Terri520,
Thanks for the response.
As per Princess_R, doing an update event will prompt the STP to create a payrun with zero values. So this is likely the reason there is a zero amount payrun on June 1. Also, this could be checked inside Payroll Reporting Centre > STP reports.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to let us know.
Cheers,

Hi
How do I get rid of the zero payslips from the email payslip list?
I don't want these to be sent out as some employees have left.
Thanks
Terri
