Accountright payroll generating zero payrun

Hi   Accountright has generated a payrun with zero amounts for all employees on 1 June 2023. My payruns are fortnightly, done on 31 May and 14 June.   I did not process this payrun.   The trans...

Thanks for the response. 

 

As per Princess_R, doing an update event will prompt the STP to create a payrun with zero values. So this is likely the reason there is a zero amount payrun on June 1. Also, this could be checked inside Payroll Reporting Centre > STP reports.

Hi

 

How do I get rid of the zero payslips from the email payslip list?

 

I don't want these to be sent out as some employees have left.
