Accountright Payroll Processes as Nil in July 2022

I am unable to process payroll in July 2022. As soon as I press the record button, the payroll is voided. 

I am receiving this error message:

Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID: d1430c47-53f7-4269-970f-7a63fa76c0fb

 

Please help as I URGENTLY need to process wages.

 

I am able to process wages up to 30 June 2022.

    Hi Nik_Bee_27,

     

    Thank you for sending those details through.

     

    The script has now been run over your file to correct this issue, you should now be able to process your pays.

    So that we can assist with this, could you please reply with the last 4-Digits of your serial number + the Company FIle ID this relates to? (Help>About MYOB AccountRight>Company File ID:__?
