Accruals not matching Description

When I process a pay, the entitlement accruals are not matching what I paid. Please see below, ACIRT entitlement and RDO accrual descriptions are incorrect? How do I fix this?

Hi There,

For some reason the annual leave accrual had doubled up in value?

Instead of 5.85 AL and 2.92 accruals is 2x

 

Can you please check what is the issue?
