Accruals not matching Description

When I process a pay, the entitlement accruals are not matching what I paid. Please see below, ACIRT entitlement and RDO accrual descriptions are incorrect? How do I fix this?

Hi there Marife7

 

If the annual leave accrual has been doubled up, you can create a separate pay run to reduce the number of hours of the entitlement. You can check this link for more information. With the "Name for pay slip", you can find it by logging into the AccountRight web version. Once logged in, go to Payroll > Pay items and then select the pay item you want to change the name for pay slip.
