Hi Mathilda1,
To resolve this issue, ensure that you have the correct setup by following the detailed instructions on this help page Add a declarer for Single Touch Payroll reporting. If your payroll status is "not sent," try sending an update event. If the ellipses (three dots) are not appearing next to your payroll line, ensure you are in the correct view and that your software is up to date.
Once you successfully report a payroll, the Year-to-Date (YTD) balances should be updated at the ATO. This will ensure all previous payrolls are accounted for.
If this does not resolve your issue, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant at MOCA or by submitting a support case via http://myaccount.myob.com/.

Hi Earl_HD
Thanks for your reply. What does it mean "ensure you are in the correct view"? How do I do that?
I have now sent an update event as per your recommendation and the zero payroll has been accepted. I still don't see the ellipses though.

Hi Mathilda1,
The "Connect to ATO" button doesn't appear if you're already set up as an STP declarer. I'd recommend redoing the setup process to ensure everything is set up correctly. This should help resolve the issue. Additionally, once your update event has been sent and accepted, the figures will be sent automatically to the ATO. To confirm this, you can check your payroll reports, such as Payroll Activity, Payroll Register, and YTD Verification reports.
Thanks,
Genreve
