Hi petersarah,
We’re aware of an issue where users may encounter a “Something went wrong” error when using the Adjustment function in the Bank Transactions window. Our team is actively investigating and working on a permanent fix. At this time, there’s no published resolution or estimated timeframe for release.
In the meantime, please have your client contact our back-end team so we can mark their file as affected. This will ensure they receive a notification as soon as a fix becomes available.
