To set up the Worker Retention Grant allowance in MYOB, you'll need to create a separate allowance pay item for the 10% award rate. You may head to payroll and create a new pay item classified as an "Allowance". Name it something like "Worker Retention Grant". Set it as a fixed percentage (10%) of the base hourly award pay rate for each employee's classification under the Children Services Award.
