To set up the Worker Retention Grant allowance in MYOB, you'll need to create a separate allowance pay item for the 10% award rate. You may head to payroll and create a new pay item classified as an "Allowance". Name it something like "Worker Retention Grant". Set it as a fixed percentage (10%) of the base hourly award pay rate for each employee's classification under the Children Services Award. Ensure the payment applies not just to normal hours but also to any leave and leave loading, as per the grant conditions. You can check this link for the complete guide.
