Thanks for your post.
Since you were able to identify the number of hours to process for the employee's final pay, to zero out the Annual Leave Accruals you can process a separate pay run with a negative number of hours available to the employee's entitlement to zero it out. Make sure that only the payroll category Annual Leave Accruals will have negative figures. You may also check The Help Article Processing a final pay for further information.

Thank you for your reply.
I, in the end, went into the employee's entitlements and adjusted there after the payrun. I also did not show the Annual Leave or Personal Leave on their final payslip as before being able to do it the way I did it, or the way you have suggested, their final payslip would still show the amount accrued as sitting there.
So your suggestion is correct but not for an accurate pay advice.
I still think MYOB has to come up with a better and less cumbersome process.
