I have added an approving manager as per steps you mentioned but approving manager can not creat rosters or approve the time sheets when logs in to Myob
I need to add someone to the Myob to be able to creat rosters and approve the timesheets without having access to any other data.
I have attached the screenshot of what I get after login as an approving manager and trying to approve the timesheets.

Thank you for providing screenshot.
As per checking, kindly advise the approving manager to use a different device and try approving the timesheets from there. Also, please have the employees re-submit their timesheets. Please let us know how you go with this.
