Thanks for the screenshot and for explaining what is happening with that file.
That “Something went wrong” message is pretty generic, so if it is only popping up for one entity, it is usually something about that file or your access to it.
For that one entity, please try:
- In that company file, go to Setup > User Access, open your user, and check the Online access roles. Make sure only the right role is ticked for your email, for example, Administrator or Payroll, not a mix, then sign out and sign back in.
- Sign out of MYOB, open a private or incognito window in Chrome or Edge, sign back in, and try ATO Payroll Reporting again.
If it still says “Something went wrong” after that, the best next step is to lodge a case in My Account or jump on live chat via MOCA so the support team can take a closer look at that file.
