The Browser version of a company does not have any payroll functions, but the Online file accessed via the desktop for the same company does. This is preventing me form setting up STP.

Your subscription's active and online, so it's a bit tricky why the payroll feature isn't showing when accessing the file through the browser. Since it should be available, the best next step is to reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA. They'll be able to take a closer look and sort it out for you.
