Cannot seem to log into MYOB Teams

This morning when I tried to login to MYOB Teams, it asks 

 

MYOB Team would like access to your company file

This authorization will allow MYOB Team to submit time records for payroll purposes.

 

However, when I click the "Allow Access" button, nothting happens?

I am an Admin and I have used MYOB Teams 1000's of times until now.

  • Hi Genreve, we were able to resolve it by updating our company file.

    I'm sorry to hear about your issue trying to access the Teams app. I will send you a private message to collect more information to investigate this.
