Can't access an employee file

Hi,   I can't access one of my employee cards. When I try to open it I keep getting a message saying something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close.   If someone could assist that would b...

    I've run the fix script on your company files. You may try accessing the employee card file now.

     

    Please let me know how you go about this.

Thanks so much for your reply - details as follows:

 

Last 4 digits of serial number - 6200

Company File ID - 1
