Can't access employee card files
We have been having intermittent issues opening employee card files in the AccountRight Payroll module over recent weeks. Once the error occurs, we attempt to restart AccountRight as proposed but it doesn't resolve the problem. We have also tried logging onto AccountRight online but also receive the error message 'something went wrong'. It appears to be unstable (as the error comes and goes) - can you please advise how we can fix this once and for all? Please note that we are using the latest AccountRight version but this was also an issue before the version update this week. Thanks in advance for your help!
