Can't access employee card files

We have been having intermittent issues opening employee card files in the AccountRight Payroll module over recent weeks.  Once the error occurs, we attempt to restart AccountRight as proposed but it doesn't resolve the problem.  We have also tried logging onto AccountRight online but also receive the error message 'something went wrong'.  It appears to be unstable (as the error comes and goes) - can you please advise how we can fix this once and for all?  Please note that we are using the latest AccountRight version but this was also an issue before the version update this week.  Thanks in advance for your help!

    It's great to have you here in the Community Forum! I've arranged some fixing in the background over that company file for you. Do ensure that you close down and reopen the company file before attempting to open that card.

    Hello Shella,

     

    I wonder if you can please assist me as we are having issues accessing employee card files again, this time for a different employee!  Can you please advise if this is something we can fix each time this happens?  Alternatively, are you able to run the same fix on our company file again?  If you need the offending employee's full name, please let me know (initials are K.T.).     I am also having the same problem with an Employee file on Account right.  I have shut down and restarted computer - still no luck
