Can't access an employee file

Hi,

 

I can't access one of my employee cards. When I try to open it I keep getting a message saying something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close.

 

If someone could assist that would be awesome!

    I've run the fix script on your company files. You may try accessing the employee card file now.

     

    Please let me know how you go about this.

    Thank you for your post. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

     

    We do have a script that I can run over your company files regarding this particular error. Can you please confirm the last four digits of your serial number and the company file ID (this can be found by going to the Help menu >> About MYOB AccountRight)?

      Last 4 digits of serial number - 6200

      Company File ID - 1
