change employee from apprentice to Plumber

My apprentice has finished his apprenticeship and we are now employing him as a Plumber. Do I need to terminate him as an apprentice and start a new employee card for him as a full time Plumber? Or do I just change his Employment classification?

    We are glad to hear that your apprentice has already finished his apprenticeship and is being transitioned to a full-time employee. In this case, we highly recommend only changing the Employment Classification, as we do not want to have two card files for one employee.
