Hi monicarcsa,
That's definitely the first step to take, checking the fund on Superfundlookup. If it’s showing as active and compliant, it’s probably not a setup issue in your file.
The Error Code: 4030, Error Message: Fund 65127917725001 not found, is usually a clearing house/fund data problem. I’ve checked, and I saw multiple businesses get the same error with that fund recently, which suggests something on the Pay Super / SuperChoice or fund side, not something you’ve done wrong.
What typically happens is the payment gets rejected and refunded to your bank, then you just re‑process the super once it’s sorted.
It's still the best option to reach out to support, so you get timely updates if it's fixed, you can create a support ticket on My Account, or reach out to our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
