Corrupted ABA file

Hi,&nbsp;&nbsp;I have an corrupted ABA file issues since 5 weeks ago when a new employees started.&nbsp;&nbsp;The ABA files always corrupted on him when his name came in dorpping a line which cause the whole file not accepted by CBA.&nbsp;&nbsp;So far, I have done,:1. Review the whole card file more than ten times but in vaiin so I recreated a new employee card but still not working.&nbsp;2. I use the Wordpad to fix the file each time to delete extra space on this empoyee's data then it works.3. I have tick "Invalid" on the cards on this employee card and Supplier Card.&nbsp; Only the current card vaid and he received the payment proper after I manually fix the file by Wordpad.&nbsp;4. Hi&nbsp;StuartHKC&nbsp;&nbsp;When you created the new card, did you copy and paste any of the fields? If yes, try creating without copy and paste. The copy and paste might be including an invalid non-printable character. Does the user's name have a non alphanumeric character?&nbsp;RegardsGavin&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hi Gavin,&nbsp;&nbsp;Thank you for the fast reply.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The card was re-created by entering fresh.&nbsp; The characters of the name is all Alphabetic, no number or special characters. Bank number is correct and he received payment properly.&nbsp;&nbsp;Tks n Rgds,&nbsp;&nbsp;Stuart
