Hi
I have included a link to fairwork ombudsman site which explains all
https://coronavirus.fairwork.gov.au/coronavirus-and-australian-workplace-laws/pay-leave-and-stand-downs/quarantine-self-isolation
The leave you accrue is determined by the award you are paid under. So yes usually 10 days, usually accrues in hours per pay. It can be shown on the employees payslip but if not you should be able to go to the entitlements for the employee in their card and it will show leave accrued and taken and what remains. the employee can choose to take unpaid leave or access their annual leave.
Hope that helps
Lisa
