Delete Leave Entitlement

Hi Team,

I am updating our Leave Entitlements and will need to delete the old ones.

When I try to delete one an error message says "You cannot delete this category because it is used in a standard pay."

 

Can you please advise what should I do to delete it?

    Thanks for your post. 

     

    If an entitlement category has been already in a pay run, you can no longer delete as it is part of the previous pays already. If you will no longer use the entitlement category, you can put an indication of the entitlement name. Example, 'Annual Leave - Do not use'.
