Difference with STP Report and payroll activity.

Due to an oversight a July pay has been processed into Myob after which an error was found in June 30th reports, STP Report has not included amounts for 2 casuals and 3 terminated employees. All pays are correct in both Payroll Register and Payroll activities.

Been waiting for unlimited hours on phone to myob but I cannot solve problem. Any suggestions please. Using Accountant right

    Hi Lesley6,

     

    Sorry for the long wait. If the Payroll Register and Payroll Activity reports are both correct, and the issue is just that the STP report hasn’t picked up those 2 casuals and 3 terminated employees, a good next step is to send an update event to refresh what’s been reported to the ATO.
