If the employee is changing their superannuation fund you would go to Lists>>Superannuation Funds and ensure that the new fund is listed. You will need to ensure that you have the registered name, SPIN/USI entered and ensured that Pay direct from AccountRight is enabled.
Once that Superannuation fund has been set up you can go to the employee's card>>Payroll Details>>Superannuation and change the superannuation fund listed. This will update the superannuation fund for that employee going forward. You may also want to review other superannuation details such as membership number to reflect the change.
