Cannot create the superanuation fund

I try to create the super fund but when I type the ABN and USI there is nothing comming up.

    Hi anhlu, 

     

    Thanks for your post. I can see that the fund details are correct, have you been able to create the superfund since ?

    Whatever lookup MYOB is using doesn't match that ABN.

     

    'Super Simplified' in MYOB has a different ABN and USI to that on the ABR + superlookup website...

    And it does look like a recent change has happened with that super.... the ABN that MYOB shows has Super Simplifier product ending on 2/12/22.

     

    Looks like you're in the transitional time for this one. You have the new details while MYOB still has the old.
