Emergency Contact Details

As per previous threads I've seen requesting a separate section for emergency contact/next of kin details - which I would consider a mandatory field and should be implemented by MYOB, I note that when an employee does self-onboarding, there is a field they complete for 'emergency contact details' (which can been seen in the corresponding .pdf file) yet this does not show in their card file as there is no field for it?  Surely whatever is entered through the self-onboarding area should have a corresponding area/field in their card file??

    Hey PalletcoSA,

     

    Having an emergency contact field in the card file would make things so much easier. A great next step is to pop this idea on the AccountRight Ideas Exchange board so other users can vote too. In the meantime, you can use the Notes field in the employee card under the Card Details tab to store the emergency contact details. I also came across a Community Forum post discussing this exact scenario, which might give you a few extra tips.
