Employee Address

An employee wants their address to be shown on their payslips.

I've been trying to find a way to do this but can't. Any ideas?

    Hi ary,

     

    Appreciate you for digging ways on how to include the employee address. There's no built-in option to display an employee's address directly on the pay slips. That said, you can work around it by popping the address into the Memo field on the employee card. Here's how:

     

    • Go to Payroll.
    • Click Employees.
    • Choose the employee, then select Payroll Details.
    • Under Standard Pay, find the Memo field.
    • Type in the employee's address.

    That'll make the address show up on the pay slip, though keep in mind this isn't an official feature— so the layout might not be exactly how you'd expect for formal documents.
