employee benefits spam

When I email a new starter a self-onboarding, the box is permanently ticked for "provide access to employee benefits"    Surely this is spam.   How do I stop this appearing, as I would never send my employees such rubbish.

      this issue has absolutely nothing to do with what you suggest, it is one of MYOB's DODGY partners scamming employees.    MYOB must have sold them the rights to do this.

      have you actually looked at what I mean ?   EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING - "provide access to employee benefits"   what rubbish.

       

      very poor form.
