Employee details aren't defaulting to "Process Payroll" screen

"Hours in Fortnightly Pay Period" and Salary Packaging" deductions are defaulting in the "Process Payroll"screen and need to be manually entered

    Thanks for reaching out. 

     

    Sorry to hear that you need to manually enter the Hours in the Fortnightly Pay Period and Salary Packaging deductions. I would suggest checking first the Standard Pay inside the employee card of the file to see if the amounts are prefilled there. Also, we need to check if the pay cycle is not on bonus/commission. Even if we are selecting the fortnightly pay period, if it is on bonus or commission, the amount will not populate on process payroll window.
