Unable to Process BAS due to "technical problem"

I've read the message - Not sure why the response was a private message. There is no update showing  - I've logged in and out.

Just ring them - you need a walk through of how to download an update then process online.

I have been using the automatic system for well over 12 months with no problem - why am I unable to do my BAS atm.

We are also experiencing the issue, every day for a week now, and still have not been able to lodge online. Please provide the solution to the forum or by message.
