employee job costing

My client is in the building industry and most employees work on several jobs per day and per week.  We use job codes for each job.  We need to accurately cost the time each employee spends on each job per day.  Is there an app which works with Account Right that can do this?  Ideally the employee would enter times themselves and this would then be approved by Direcor prior to payroll.
