Employee Message/Email

I wish to email a generic message to all employees, can someone please advise how I do this?

    Hi cramptons 


    It can be done by going to Preferences>>Emailing>>Email Defaults>>Pay Slips>>Pay Slip Message, please note that you will need to send the payslips for the message to go with the email.
