Hi mkapm,
It's very unusual for an employee to be singled out of the Super Payments report. Generally, this only happens when the settings of the report filter the employee out. I recommend checking the dates of the report you ran and the employees/funds included (depending if the report is by employee or fund). It's also a good idea to check to pay information that the employee has to make sure that the superannuation payments are there.
