Hi 4Corners,
Employees might not appear on your payroll processing screen if their payroll details are not set up correctly. Have there been any changes made to this specific employee's card file? I recommend checking the employee's pay frequency and making sure it matches the pay frequency when processing a pay run. For more details, you can refer to this Help article: Add an employee.
