Employee Onboarding not syncing

I have 3 new employee who have received the link and have all advised they have completed the onboarding, however it is not showing that status for me in MYOB.

    Hi Shaylee,

     

    Sometimes the system takes a bit to update. Have you tried refreshing the page or logging out and back in? If it’s still not showing, I would highly recommend connecting to our live chat agents through our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount so that they can further check it.
