Employee Onboarding Super Default Fund

Our super default fund details do not populate the super choice form when sending off for Employee Onboarding. Its setup in MYOB but just doesn't appear on the form? How do I rectify this?

Hi there Kristie,

 

It must be time-consuming when your default doesn't auto-populate on employee self-onboarding. With that, you can double check if the super has been set as your default fund.

 

To set your default super fund in AccountRight,

  • Go to the Setup menu and choose General Payroll Information.
  • Choose your default superannuation fund.
  • Click OK.
