Employee Self On boarding

I have sent an invite to a new employee which they have received and completed.  They received verification from Flare that their pay details have been submitted, however my payroll  shows as "in progress".  This status has been showing this for two weeks now. 

Can someone explain what might be going wrong?

    Thanks for checking in about this. That "In progress" status hanging around for two weeks is definitely a bit odd, especially if Flare has already confirmed the employee submitted their details. Usually this happens when the Flare details haven't fully synced back into payroll yet. A couple common things that can cause it are:

     

    • There's a missing required field that's stopping the sync from completing.
    • The invite was completed, but the payroll side just needs a little nudge to refresh.

     

    A good first step is to open the employee record in payroll and check if there are any prompts or missing info showing. If everything looks filled in but the status is still stuck on In progress, it's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. They can check what's happening behind the scenes and help push it through.
