Employee self onboarding - can't get past the FW information statement page

A new employee is trying to self onboard and cannot get past the FW information statement page - which I think is new?    Any ideas? It won't allow all the completed information to be submitted but...

Kindly provide us with the window where your employee is stuck when doing the employee self-onboarding so we can look into it further. Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
