Employee Self-Onboarding

I sent 2 new employees Self-Onboarding invitations but had to delete their cards before they responded as I needed to process a payrun.  Since then I have not been able to re-do Employee Self-Onboarding invitations.  The best I can do is send an employee review of their card file but this will not allow them to enter their banking details.

(By the way, it is very difficult to find how to post to the forum)

    Hey Kim_Green123,

     

    It’s worth reaching out to Flare directly so they can look into why employees can’t enter their banking details after the onboarding was interrupted. They manage the self‑onboarding side, so they’re best placed to check what’s blocking it and help get things moving again. For posting in the Community Forum, it can be a bit tricky to find, but the steps are: 

     

    • Click on Product Help & Ideas and look for your product 
    • Choose the board that best matches your question 
    • Type in your concern and click Publish.

    The best way to contact Flare is via the Support/Contact options on their website:  https://www.flarehr.com. That’ll put you straight through to their team.
