Employee Selff-Onboarding

My new employee submitted their online employee self-onboarding form over two hours ago and I still haven't received it.

How long should it take

    Hi Vera28, 

     

    Thanks for your post. Generally after an hour of the employee submitting the form online, an employee card should be created in your company file. Can I please confirm if the card has been created since ?

      Hi, yes after 2 and a half hours the card was created
