Employee's superannuation fund isn't accepting pay super from myob

I am trying to pay superannuation for an employee but I am getting a MYOB error to say the the fund can no longer receive contributions from pay super. Does anyone know what I can do? I have confirme...

Hesta?

 

Something funky was going on with Hesta which caused this sort of pay failure - The work around was to create a new (don't update the existing) super fund for Hesta from Lists menu item 'Superannuation Funds' then goto each employe and select the new Hesta one you just created then do the pay super again.
