My MYOB end of finacial year report matches the report that was sent to ATO for the end of 2021\2022. One employee has come back and said our company is showing an unfinalized statement and the figures are wrong, but all my figures match what i submitted.

If your employee has a green 'Final indicator' tick against them in the EOFY tab (STP), this means their totals have been finalised and sent from the software. I would advise speaking with the ATO on this matter, as other clients with the same issue advised me this was resolved when speaking with them.
