Regarding my post on the above. The suggestion you made still has not worked and our accountant tried to perform this for us on the weekend and he could not get it to work.
When are you receiving the error message? Also if you can provide a screenshot of the error so I can investigate it further on my end. Please make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
