Hello Shella, thank you for your help.
I am having a problem reconciling our superannuation.
What is the best report to check the total super liability amount for each employee with what has been paid for the financial year?
Is the expense amount showing on the Payroll Register Summary the superannuation expense only?

If you’re checking on superannuation reconciliation, the Superannuation Payments and the Payroll Register (detail) are your go-to reports! Yes, you can run the Payroll register (summary) report but keep in mind it lumps everything together and doesn’t separate out just the superannuation amounts. For a clear view of super expenses only, the Payroll Register Detail Report is the way to go!
