Thank you so much for your post and sorry to hear that you were not able to record a payrun. There's a few things that can cause these errors including:
- internet connection
- scanning software on your computer
- AccountRight service distinctions
- AccountRight library services
How can I fix connection errors?
If you do receive a connection error message there are some simple troubleshooting steps that you can try to resolve the issue:
- check the MYOB status page for outages
- restart AccountRight
- restart your modem/router
- test your internet connection
- temporarily disable scanning software
