Error when clicking on an employees card file

MYOB is coming up with an error and to restart every time I click on a certain employees card file. This is only happening in one of our many data files and to one employee only.   Can sombody plea...

Thanks for the clarification. We can run a script over the affected file to fix this issue. Please let me know the last 4 digits of your serial number and the company file ID (Help>>About AccountRight).
