ERROR WITH PAYROLL
am attempting to verify our bank account to pay our superannuation. Received the $0.01 into our bank account with the verification code. However, when we click 'Pay Supperannuation' and then enter our verification code, an error pops up saying: "Sorry, we're not ready to verify your bank account at the moment, please try again later."
Have tried a few weeks in a row and we would like a solution to this issue ASAP so we can pay the superannuation to my staff.

- Serial number
- Your full name and email address
- File ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
Update: Pay super needs to be re-applied for, have reset the application.
