In the past two days we are experiencing intermittent issues with our STP but this issue has been resolved today. And we Apologize for the inconvenience.

Could you please try again to follow the steps in my previous post? Also, please double-check on the pay items used in ETP, to confirm that this is assigned to the ATO reporting category.
