Hi Celia_B and Karina4,
Unfortunately STP is still not registering the Unpaid Annual Leave (the payout of our terminated Annual Leave when they left our employment).
We followed your instructions exactly, however the category is still not appearing on either the employee's Summary of Payments or the overall YTD Verification report. Could you please advise what else we should look into as a matter of urgency?

I am sorry to know that your still having this issue.
In the past two days we are experiencing intermittent issues with our STP but this issue has been resolved today. And we Apologize for the inconvenience.
We have had intermittent issues with our STP during the last two days, but this has been rectified today, and we regret the inconvenience.
Could you please try again to follow the steps in my previous post? Also, please double-check on the pay items used in ETP, to confirm that this is assigned to the ATO reporting category.
